4 Bedroom House Plans
Our first visit is to a
pretty Cottage , the
Greylin , from the
Max Fulbright Collection . This Wooden House measures 146 sq m of area ( 1,572 sq ft ) , and appears a pretty comfortable house , with a big 35 sq m living room , a master room with private bathroom and walk in closet , and another big three bedrooms with lots of storage space :
The house's main ambient is very familiar and cozy , being organized around an expanded kitchen-dining room , with plenty of windows , and a stone fireplace :
This 4 Bedroom House Plans include 2 and a 1/2 bathrooms : one of them is private to the master bedroom . Another one is besides the living room , and the last is upstairs .
The upper floor includes three bedrooms : a main guest's bedroom , approx ~25 sq m area , with walk in closet , and plenty of storage space .
The other bedrooms are ~18 sq m , also with walk in closets , and a lot of storage space .There is a third bathroom at the upper floor , with bathtub .

This Wooden Palace has a central 62 sq m ambient , composed by living room , dining room and Sun Room :
At the ground floor , there is the 29 sq m ( 315 sq f ) Master bedroom , with private bathroom with Jacuzzi , and a big walk in closet .
The ground floor also has two offices , with a fireplace , and a big garage for three cars .
At the upper floor there is a big 24 sq m ( 260 sqf ) bedroom , with bathroom and dressing room . An ample loft links it to another two bedrooms , also with their private bathrooms and walk in closets :
