Timber Frame Houses

This Very elegant and modern Timber Frame House is a Bungalow or Guest House of just 45 sq m of area   ,  and express the good taste of the designers for this size of home . This Wooden House is built all around a central fireplace , with a ~16 sq m main familiar Room ,  adorned by impressive huge windows and a very high ceiling   ,  bringing the Landscape inside your home :

The first floor includes a little ~5 sq m bedroom , which can be transformed in a Dining Room , becoming an extension of the Living Room , and growing it to 20 sq m area .

Also at the building ground floor , there is an ~6 sq m terrace by the entrance :   

Of course , the more important feature of this little wooden house is the panoramic windows open to the scenery  :

The first floor is the place to locate the main bedroom , since it measures ~15 sq m and is open down to the living room and has the best panoramic views through the big cathedral windows :

If we count with little space to build a Cabin , we can design or purchase some Wooden House , that not always will fulfill the requirements of giving the guests some minimal comfort . However , it's possible to design or to find little cabins very well designed . We review here a Wooden Cabin design  , taking it as our selected model to build a smartly designed little cabin . We're talking about the Calla guest house made by  Vipdom  . This Timber Frame House seems to be too small , since it measures just 33 sq m of area   , but can be a comfortable Guest's House , counting with two bedrooms , an ample 17 sq m main Living Space , and a cozy terrace .

First , we see that the designers made two bedrooms with built in closets :

Of course the bedrooms are little , but they fit to a little ~30 sq m Cabin . They already have built-in closets .

And then , a Living Room and a separated kitchen , which can be seen as merged in a ~17 sq m common space :

This Round Timber Cabin measures just 40 sq m of area   , and makes a pretty bungalow , with a comfortable  ~25 sq m main living space surrounding a central fireplace , and composed by a Living Room , and a kitchen :
