Pretty and Elegant Small Wooden House

This Timber Frame House is modern and elegant , although it measures just 57 sq m of area   , and can turn into a cozy family house , or also can make a Guest's House , since it counts with a notable  comfort and good taste for this size of home . This Wooden House is built all around a big ~27 sq m main familiar Room ,  decorated with a high ceiling and many windows ,  spreading for almost half of the ground floor :

The house's Hall occupies most of the building ground floor , and opens towards the ~8 sq m terrace :   

The ground floor has a comfortable ~12 sq m Main Bedroom , and a little bathroom with shower .  

The upper floor has a big ~17 sq m bedroom :

The first floor bedroom is open down to the Main Hall and has big cathedral windows :

There exists a second version of this wooden house , single staged with no upper floor , measuring just 40 sq m .

It has only one bedroom , but the bathroom is bigger enough to hold a bathtub :

The 57 sq m version of the house comes with a ladder leading to the first floor , therefore the bedroom door  had to be moved to the right , on the picture , restraining space to the bathroom , and preventing the inclusion of a bathtub : 

The 40 sq m version has no ladder , then a bathtub can be included :

The house is full of light , there are modern windows located everywhere :
