What do you think is the area of this beautiful house? This Outstanding Timber Frame Wooden House ,the Graphis, from Vipdom Designs , looks like a big dwelling place , although it measures just 124 sq m !!!!

This fantastic 124 sq m Timber Frame House beautifully Elegant and lovely looking , is very comfortable , and gives you the feeling of being on a more bigger house .

The big ~33 sq m living room is added to another separated big 24 sq m space composed by the kitchen and the dining room . The former has a high ceiling and two big windows which opens to a 14 sq m veranda , and in the middle of it , a big fireplace :

The pretty wooden terrace's size is more than 14 sq m and looks like this :

This terrace is also the main entrance to this pretty timber frame house . There is another two entrances to the house : one through the terrace , and the second one , from the laundry room .

The living room , has many big windows , looking to the garden .

The second floor can be thought as an independent part of the house, since it has a bedroom , a walk in closet, and a private bathroom :

Since the stairs to the second floor comes from a Hall which you can close from the rest of the ground floor , the second floor can be reached independently from the street .
If so , the second floor can turn in a separate guests house .

The second floor has also a ~11 sq m Hall , and a spacious 7 sq m walk-in-closet , and plenty of sun through big windows :

There is also another bathroom at the second floor , which contains a bathtub .

This wooden house has a rear terrace measuring about 17 sq m :
