This pretty 38 sq m Timber Frame House is comfortable and looks far bigger than it is , due to a well design , where a hallway gives you a sense of space since it is at the same time an Entry and a Kitchen . The ground floor holds a nice ~14 sq m living room , an Entry , a Kitchen , and two bedrooms . There is also a nice 11 sq m veranda :
