This very nice 60 sq m Timber Frame House is comfortable , pretty , and seems to be far more big  than it is , following a very well design , where hallways and doors give you a sense of space   . The ground floor holds a nice ~36 sq m living room , a Hall , a Kitchen ,  two bedrooms , and also a big ~20 sq m veranda :

The house's smaller bedroom can  be transformed in a studio , if it is not needed .

That is the main entrance to this timber frame house . There is , however , another entrance to the house , located by the living room .

In short , this is a very good option as a Guest's house and also as a small family home , because the house shows both comfort and good taste , which usually are hard to attain in such small measures of a house .
